A Perfect Experience!

Absolutely the real deal! I needed the speedometer instrument cluster (2002 530i) serviced (replace pixels, clean, etc.) and BAVTEK was highly recommended by the actual Service Manager and a BMW owner/service customer at a major BMW dealership near Charlotte. I called Tomas and he actually answered the phone and patiently answered every question I had about the process. My mechanic was very impressed with the results when it was returned. All of this was completed in exactly seven days! Professional, courteous, and very fairly priced! Perfect experience!

BavTek and Tomas are the real deal. After a successful MID repair by BavTek, it was time to get the instrument cluster fixed. With great anticipation, I installed the repaired instrument cluster to find that all of the pixels worked, but the odometer was dim and hard to read. Tomas responded immediately and correctly identified that one of the back-light bulbs had simply vibrated loose during return shipping. I tightened the bulb and the instrument cluster is absolutely perfect. Thank you again Tomas!

Worked as advertised, and with awesome turnaround time. I mailed it on a Monday (from Nashville TN) and got it back that Friday. All pixels working now and and I could not be happier with the service.

I WAS a little bit skeptical about getting my instrument cluster out and sending it all the way to California , but it was 2 screws and the post office, couldn't have been easier or more convenient, and it ALL took less than a week.

The entire process worked as advertised! Shipped FEDEX Overnight and I had the unit back in-hand less than 48 hours later. Repairs were perfect returning the unit to 100 percent functionality. Return shipping container protected the unit from damage. 100% Satisfied!
