Great Service

I was thinking about doing a DIY on my dash cluster, but I'm glad I used BavTek instead. They did the job perfectly, and the price was quite reasonable. I wonder how they do the red needles. Looks factory!

I am very pleased with the quality of the repair of pixels on cluster from 530I. I upgraded with titanium rings and red needles which were better than expected. I had my MID radio pixels done previously that was also excellent. Dealing with Tomas is a pleasure, Having retired from BAR and dealt with many bad shops and online services, this shop/service is at the top of my list. as good ones to do business with.

On an e39 5 series, it only takes about 10 minutes to remove the cluster, if that. It took longer to package and ship. The workmanship is first rate and everything works 100%. Excellent value.

Having found and followed online video instructions of how to remove the cluster from my '01 540i, I insured and shipped it out on Monday, the 27th.
USPS Tracking showed that it arrived on Wednesday morning, the repair completed, then the cluster was insured & shipped back to me on the same day.
I live in Boston, but still received my cluster back today, Friday, the 1st (four days later). It took less than ten minutes to pop the cluster back into place. I was so elated that what started out as a quick test drive turned into what felt more like a Sunday drive.
I don't believe I've ever seen another business that had solely five star ratings/reviews. I know that I haven't dealt with one more deserving than Bavtek. Thank you Tomas and DeeDee!

Even for making good for the USPS reckless package handling.
My BMW 740I is back to normal again.
