Quick one day turnaround as advertised. Cluster arrived and looked brand new. Tomas was quick to answer a question by phone after receipt. Great service and worth every cent!

Easy to remove and ship, although paying for packing and shipping cost nearly $45 on its own, returned within the business week looking good and working like new.

process is pretty easy, you should pack it in a much bigger box. USPS is convenient, open on Saturdays -

Tomas has now repaired two E39 instrument clusters for me and for the second time I couldn't be happier with his workmanship, turnaround time and customer service. Why send parts like these anywhere else? Highly recommend.

Sent my cluster out Monday and was on my doorstep in exactly 1 week. Highly recommend, stop thinking about it and just do it. Well worth the money
